Great title. Big Grin Yo-Yo

Crazy-sounding strummed guitar stuff, sounding out of whack and untuned, it's unsettling, and that works well here. The production overall is great, I love that slide guitar in the right ear.

Vocals are cool as hell. I love the harmonies, especially those straining high notes.

I get chills at this "I wish that I was gone" part, and then the way it kicks into high gear out of that part really rocks. Man, the vocals there are fucking unhinged and brilliant. That crazygonuts guitar solo is great there, too.

Great song guys.

Love the lyrics. That keyboard line is so sweet. This is very strange and wonderful. That big part is just amazingly beautiful. This is something.

i dig this song, very teenage fanclub-esque. the out of tune guitar is killing me though. the vocals are really good and this is a much better recording, i like the peaceful Shorthand Phonetics thing.

I love the title and I love the song and I love your passion and the fact that you got this together is pretty damn amazing, I was eating toast as I listened and you stopped me eating, which is really hard for anyone to do!
Wow! I think you're all very clever & have a great future, Radiohead move over guys. Tuneful brilliance with or without toast. Wow!BurpBouncyNodding

There's a lot of hook in this song. Great lyrics, vocals sound good, guitars sound fantastic at the end. I'm sure the out of tune guitar was on purpose. It made me wince in a couple places. :D (Big Grin)

the out of tune guitar... whether on purpose or not... wasn't clever... maybe someone will like that... but not me... i've heard those type of vocals become popular but they're not necessarily within my tastes... nor do i view them as talented... the singer will generally get better with experience so who knows... overall... i'm not really sure what you're going for with this music... but if its just a high school fling this is just fine... if you're looking for more... you'll get better as you go... maybe by time you're out of high school you'll be ready for big things... but that's a wait and see...

I think dem is being a little harsh. This is way better than anything I ever did in high school. Hell, this may be better than anything I do now. I do, however, insist on using a guitar tuner now. I can't stand not using one. No matter how good I think my ear may be, it is not as precise as a digital tuner.

The lyrics are very good. Reminds me of Oasis, who thought they were going to be bigger than the Beatles. If they had your humble approach to music, they might have been.

Keep up the good work.

Chris.

I agree that the guitars sound alittle out, sounds like one... or more strings need tuning :D (Big Grin) I like the tune though. Vocals are out in parts when you sing I wish that I was GOOOOONE!!! (I think thats what you sing anyway, sorry if Im wrong.) The guitar is alot better at the end, like those harmonics. Overall, great idea, just needs sorting out abit Thumbs Up

Apart from the horribly out of tune guitar this sounds great!

awesome song...
i like the chaos and lack of perfect tuning...
but i don't know..this is coming from a lover of noise...
it really really hooked me... and that doesnt happen too often when just browseing through bands...
really awesome epic song

That slide guitar is absolutely amazing, as well as the keyboards. I don't care about the out-of-tune guitar. What matters is the song and the potential it has. You are REALLY talented songwriters for your age, and in general, and I think that's what matters the most :D (Big Grin)

Great lyrics, great structure. Not a huge fan of the out of tune guitar but it doesn't sound too bad in relation to the song. It kinda fits it.

LOVE the harmonies! And the part at about 3.25min into the song with the long note and electric guitar in the back is awesome. Great outro!
